On August 4, in response to the talent needs of key enterprises in the industrial chain, the Taishan District of Tai'an City Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment and Wire and Cable Industrial Chain Special Team invited Director Ju Wei of the Tai'an Achievement Transformation Center of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) to conduct research in the industrial chain enterprises. At Taishan High Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd., the two sides had in-depth exchanges on project cooperation, achievement transformation, and teaching base construction, and reached a good consensus.

Since the beginning of this year, the Taishan District power transmission and transformation equipment and wire and cable industry chain special team has conducted in-depth research on enterprises more than 40 times, delivered policies, asked about needs, and sorted out 10 problems of enterprises. The special team actively acted and provided services around the needs of enterprises, insisted on thinking with solutions, and focused on alleviating difficulties. In terms of supporting policies, enterprise cultivation, and innovation capacity improvement, it provides "one enterprise, one policy" services for enterprises, and has helped solve 8 problems of enterprises. In response to the widespread talent needs of enterprises in the industrial chain, enterprises are encouraged to jointly build industry-university-research cooperation bases and teaching bases with universities and institutes, and attract and retain talents through the joint implementation of scientific research projects.

In the next step, the Taishan District power transmission and transformation and wire and cable industry chain special team will continue to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship service system, serve as a good industrial development instructor, service provider, and coordinator, focus on policy implementation, highlight problem solving, vigorously optimize the business environment, enhance the attractiveness and support for talent innovation and entrepreneurship, and help the high-quality development of the industry.
